Once I reach out to you with a more firm offer (my original offer is a ballpark estimate), you can either accept or decline. Feel free to take a couple of days to think it over. This agreement is NOT binding until I send you a formal purchase agreement that we both sign.

Once signed by all parties, I’ll send the agreement over to a local title agency. They’ll complete all the title work and make sure everything is done right. This usually takes 30-40 days. After that we close, you get sent the purchase amount on the contract, and we get the new deed.
